2. Cancellation Fees
Standard Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation within the specified timeframe, there are no cancellation fees, and you will receive a full refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made after the specified timeframe, you will be charged the full fare of your reservation, and no refund will be issued.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not meet your driver at the agreed-upon location at the scheduled time and do not inform us of your cancellation in advance, it will be considered a "no-show." In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full fare of your reservation, and no refund will be issued.

To cancel your reservation, you can use our mobile application, log in and cancel your booking directly from the bookings section, Alternatively you can contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within two days from the date of cancellation. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your account.

In certain situations, such as extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, MaltaTransfer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and provide suitable alternatives.
